Rack up the score for another major title that’s having launch day shenanigans, Bioware’s Mass Effect 2 is current the hottest property online, but ironically, the in-game DLC delivery system, Cerberus Network (a DLC by itself), that’s supposed to help gamers manage DLCs for their game – doesn’t work.
