When you think H.P Lovecraft, you think of horror, alien gods, unending madness, and a huge sense of dread from his written works. The last thing you think of are little girls. Leave it to Japan to think up of the latter; according to a post from Anime Vice, the parody light novel series Haiyore! Nyaruko-san is getting animated.

The novel delves in the story about Nyarlothotep, The Crawling Chaos, who shape-shifts into a little girl who saves a schoolboy from aliens and decides to hang out with him. Pretty stupid premise, yes, but to its credit…..

…..no wait, it’s still a pretty stupid premise.
