Rather than release yet another trailer, Edgar Wright decides to take the debut trailer of Scott Pilgrim vs. The World and use the magical powers of I-Trailers. Once the trailer starts playing, you click on any random part of the film to unlock achievements and get bonus clips (from the movie and even production notes) and commentary/trivia from the director himself. I’d suggest watching this in full-screen.

I do hope other films follow this interactive trend. They don’t have to be videogame-oriented like this one, but interactivity along with cute rewards for playing along help spice up how we perceive trailers nowadays.

    Team Rosalie…

I love Team Jacob but I love Team Rosalie so much more……

That’s quite a lot of information packed into a 2 mins+ trailer. Maybe DVD movies should have more of something like that in their bonus videos.
