Here’s a recent inFamous 2 direct-feed video from the Penny Arcade Expo 2010 that’s shown behind closed doors. Cole now can levitate cars, in addition to using his big electric club and throwing lightning grenades, and also fighting off a tunneling mutant that sounds like a horse.
