So yeah, that one post we did where we hinted the appearance of Max (Sam & Max), Tycho(Penny Arcade), the Heavy (Team Fortress 2) and Strong Bad (Homestar Runner)? Turns out that Telltale Games will feature these guys….in a poker game.

Yep, a poker game called Poker Night at The Inventory. The presser from their website, if you will:

“Prepare for a different kind of poker night in a very different kind of club. In Poker Night at the Inventory, you’ll deal with Penny Arcade’s clever, cunning Tycho, Team Fortress 2’s hulking Heavy, Homestar Runner’s self-proclaimed “awesome icon” Strong Bad and the hyperkinetic “rabbity-thing” from Sam & Max. These characters come together in ways some never thought possible, in a setting few would have predicted. You’ll experience a new style of poker, particularly when hands don’t go the way of the other fiery competitors at the table.”

The game will come out on the PC and Mac later this year  for US$4.99. You can pre-order it at Telltale Games’ website, or check it out at this weekend’s Penny Arcade Expo in Seattle, Washington (if you’re a Singaporean/Malaysian planning on going there).

  1. I have been surfing online greater than 3 hours as of late, but I never found any interesting article like yours. It is beautiful value sufficient for me. In my view, if all webmasters and bloggers made good content material as you probably did, the internet might be much more helpful than ever before.

  2. Thanks for every other great article. The place else could anyone get that type of info in such an ideal method of writing? I have a presentation next week, and I am at the look for such info.
