Razer’s New Mouse For The Left-Handed

Good old Razer; always taking care of the pro-gamer’s mouse-clicking needs. Razer recently announced a new mouse specifically for left-handed fraggers; the Razer DeathAdder Left Hand Edition. In addition to its chassis built for those who are prone to using their left hand for hand-related activities, it also has:

-3500dpi Razer Precision 3.5G infrared sensor

- On-The-Fly Sensitivity adjustment

- 60-120 inches per second and 15g of acceleration

- a nifty braided fiber cable

- five buttons. Razer calls them Hyperesponse buttons, but a spade’s a spade regardless of marketing buzz

- the usual price of US$59.99

Why do I suddenly picture Ned Flanders and his store all of a sudden? Anyway, this is good news for those who like the DeathAdder, but wish it was catered for left-handed people.

I wonder why they made the three year old Deathadder their first left handed specific model and not one of the newer ones.

For the record, they do already have a number of ambidextrous mice that are suitable for left-handed gamers – Lachesis, Diamondback, Krait, Salmosa and Abyssus.
