As if it wasn’t obvious enough that Sega registered the domain name “valkyria3.jp” a few weeks ago, now they go and put up a teaser website to confirm once and for all that a new Valkyria Chronicles is in the works. The date stated above is when TGS 2010’s gonna start, so a reveal of the game is imminent. Plus, the silhouettes on the pic clearly shows the Edelweiss tank and Gallian soldiers raising up their Lancers high and proud. Which platform will this game be destined for? We’ll find out in TGS (and you can bet that I’ll be there to witness it)
This is the obvious route for Sega to take; Valkyria Chronicles on the PS3 was a huge hit all around the world and even spawned anime and manga adaptations in Japan. For a review of Valkyria Chronicles 2 on the PSP on GameAxis, you’ll have to wait a while until it’s out here. Meanwhile, you can be rest assured that it’s getting a pretty decent score all around.
