It was rather fitting for Capcom and Marvel to reveal new characters in the Marvel vs. Capcom 3 in a comic convention, specifically the New York Comic-Con. Click to see the reveals and the new alternate costumes feature.

Check out the new trailer for Marvel vs. Capcom 3, now showcasing a few new characters. Or old, since most of them showed up in Marvel vs. Capcom 2.
According to online pics of the recent scan of Arcadia magazine in Japan (via eventhubs.com), Yoshinori Ono started dropping hints as to who will be the new characters appearing for the arcade version of Super Street Fighter IV. Protip: it’s the pic tacked onto this article.
I figured that there was going to be footage of newly-announced Marvel vs. Capcom 3 characters Viewtiful Joe and Dormammu lying around. Lo and behold; here it is after the jump.

Take this with a grain of salt: a site known as Playfront.de (via Destructoid) claimed to have revealed the entire roster for the upcoming fighting game Marvel vs. Capcom 3. While many of these so-called roster calls exist, apparently this one was posted a while ago, and happened to come true since said site predicted Thor, Amaterasu, Trish, and Super Skrull to appear.
