Heavy Rain (PS3)

David Cage’s third game he directed is out (the other two being Omikron: The Nomad Soul and Farenheit/Indigo Prophecy), and focuses on a cast of characters whose lives are intertwined with the Origami Killer case. Will it end up becoming a revelation, or will it be just a Dragon’s Lair with mature graphics? Who knows how well it’ll do in sales, but I do know that the European cover is the best of the lot. Who seriously wants a messy collage of characters clouding the background or even a nose highlighting a game like Heavy Rain?!

Borderlands: The Secret Armory of General Knoxx (PC, PS3, Xbox 360)

Not only will this third add-on have more guns and new vehicles, but the level cap of the game will be increased by god-knows-how-much. Guess I better get my Siren and Berserker in shape for this.

Endless Ocean: Blue World (Wii)

endless ocean 2

You control a diver who has to explore a heck-ton of sunken ruins and take pics of marine life while taking your sweet time swimming and hopefully not getting the bends. Sounds riveting, if you’re 50 years old.

Last Rebellion (PS3)

Produced by Nippon Ichi Software, this RPG gives you control control over two main characters and a unique mechanic where you have to stamp enemy body parts so that you can permanently kill them with spells. Plus, it seems to have nice watercolor artwork.

Napolean: Total War (PC)

Another Total War game, another timeline. Now you can conduct your epic battles with the legendary Napoleon Bonaparte.
